Exercise metadata & instructions

Exercise metadata and instructions originate from ExerciseDB v1 by AscendAPI and reach openGym through the hasaneyldrm/exercises-dataset project, which distributes the metadata under the MIT license. Attribution and the full supplied license notice are bundled with the app.

Exercise images and animations shown in the app come from the third-party media sources used by openGym. The metadata license does not establish ownership or distribution rights for that media.

Website visuals

Product images are Workout Pal simulator captures using sample workouts. Website icons and page artwork were created for Workout Pal. Exercise imagery within the screenshots comes from the app’s third-party exercise catalogue. Screens show example data, not promised training results.
